About the role

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an experienced and motivated Lube Bay Supervisor to join our team in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our lubrication services department. As Lube Bay Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role is integral to our commitment to providing reliable automotive maintenance solutions and directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of lube bay technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety protocols, operational procedures, and environmental regulations within the lube bay
• Schedule staff shifts and manage workload allocation to optimise productivity and meet customer demands
• Perform quality inspections on completed work to ensure all services meet company standards and customer expectations
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions with team members to develop their skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance
• Manage inventory of lubricants, oils, filters, and other consumable materials, ensuring adequate stock levels
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, working to resolve issues professionally and courteously
• Report operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns to management
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Lube Bay Supervisor or similar supervisory role in an automotive service environment
• Strong knowledge of lubrication services, vehicle maintenance procedures, and automotive systems
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and customers
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to automotive service facilities
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills for record-keeping and scheduling
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in ensuring quality workmanship
• Physical capability to perform occasional hands-on work in the lube bay when needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential weekend or shift work as required
