Lube bay Supervisor

Job Qualifications – Lubebay Supervisor

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, TESDA Automotive Servicing, or any related course.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in automotive servicing, lubrication, or vehicle maintenance, with 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle preventive maintenance, lubrication services, oil and filter replacement, and basic automotive diagnostics.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of technicians, ensuring quality service and productivity.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and proper handling of automotive tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for reports and inventory monitoring.
• Capable of monitoring inventory of lubricants, filters, and other service materials.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when required.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced service environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• TESDA National Certificate (NC II) in Automotive Servicing is an advantage.
• Experience in an automotive service center, dealership, gasoline station, or quick lube facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and customer service best practices is a plus.

Work Set Up :

• On site in Legazpi City Albay
• 6 days a week - Sunday Off
• 5 SIL | 5 VL | 5 SL - After 1 year of Service.
• Salary : Php 18,000 Entry.
