Lube & Alignment Technician

Mechanics Pride Tire & Automotive is hiring an experienced Lube & Alignment Technician for our Spokane team.

We’re looking for someone who can handle more than basic oil changes. This position is ideal for a technician who is comfortable performing alignments, tire and wheel service, routine maintenance, inspections, and light mechanical work—and who takes pride in doing the job correctly the first time.

Responsibilities include:

• Oil changes and scheduled maintenance
• Four-wheel alignments
• Tire mounting, balancing, rotations and repairs
• Brake and suspension inspections
• Fluid services and basic mechanical repairs
• Vehicle inspections
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Communicating clearly with service advisors and other technicians

What we're looking for:

• Previous professional automotive experience
• Alignment experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Own basic hand tools
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Someone who understands that checking their work is part of the job

Pay DOE and skill level. Benefits available. Full-time position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Automotive Repair: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• ASE Certification (Preferred)
