Honda of Stamford is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for cars, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes to ensure our customers' vehicles run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
• Inspect vehicles for additional issues and recommend necessary repairs or services.
• Follow standard operating procedures and manufacturer guidelines to ensure quality service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers about the status of their vehicles and any recommended services.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
