Lube Technician

We’re looking for a lube tech who takes pride in doing it right.

Grand Slam Car Wash & Lube is a locally owned, multi-location full-service car wash and lube operation in Southeast Texas. We’re growing and we need experienced lube technicians who know their way around an oil change bay and don’t need to be babysat to do quality work.

If you’re fast, reliable, and take pride in your craft — this is a good place to build your career.

What you’ll be doing:

• Performing oil changes, fluid top-offs, and multi-point vehicle inspections
• Following our 9-step lube service process accurately and consistently on every car
• Presenting inspection results to customers and recommending appropriate services
• Keeping the lube bay clean, organized, and ready at all times
• Working as part of a team to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the bay
• Maintaining accurate service records through our POS system

What we’re offering:

• Bi-weekly pay — consistent and on schedule
• Full time hours — stable schedule, not seasonal
• A clean, well-equipped facility
• Valvoline product line — industry standard
• Room to grow — we have three locations and are expanding
• A team that takes the work seriously

What we require:

• Prior professional lube or quick-lube experience — this is required, not preferred
• Ability to perform oil changes efficiently and accurately without supervision
• Comfort working in a fast-paced bay environment
• Strong attention to detail — skipped steps are not acceptable here
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout your shift
• Reliable transportation to your assigned location
• Available to work weekends

Schedule: Full time | Hours based on location needs

Pay: Competitive hourly based on experience + Commission

To apply: Answer all screening questions completely. Applications without relevant lube experience will not be considered.
