Lube Technician / Express Service Technician

Ken Ganley Kia Medina is growing and needs to hire Lube Technicians / Express Service Technicians to perform essential vehicle maintenance and light repairs for our valued customers.

No previous dealership experience is required. If you have basic automotive knowledge, enjoy working with vehicles, and want to build a career as an Automotive Technician, we’ll provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.

You’ll work in a busy service department with modern equipment, experienced Service Advisors, and a clear path to advance into higher-level technician opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Perform oil changes and fluid services
• Replace filters and wiper blades
• Rotate and inspect tires
• Check batteries, belts, fluids, and other vehicle components
• Complete multi-point inspections
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow dealership safety and service procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive repair experience or training preferred, but not required
• Basic automotive knowledge is helpful
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
