Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Lubricant Sales Professionals to drive sales, distribution, customer acquisition, and market growth across the Benin–Asaba–Onitsha corridor.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of automotive and/or industrial lubricants.

Develop and manage distributors, dealers, workshops, fleet operators, and industrial customers.

Expand market coverage and acquire new customers.

Achieve assigned sales, volume, and revenue targets.

Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, and customer needs.

Maintain strong customer relationships and accurate sales reports.

Requirement

Direct and verifiable lubricant industry experience – NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Proven experience selling/distributing lubricants through relevant channels.

Strong knowledge of the Nigerian lubricant market and distribution network.

Existing relationships with lubricant dealers, distributors, workshops, fleets, or industrial customers is an advantage.

Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Willingness and ability to cover: Onitsha,Asaba and Benin.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
