Lull Operator

We are looking for a Lull Operator to join us at Lewis Electrical Contractors!

Lull Operator Core Responsibilities

• Operate Telehandler: Maneuver the Lull machine to load, unload, and transport materials like conduit, Unistrut, panels, sensitive electrical equipment, and wire.
• Elevate Loads: Precisely place heavy supplies onto high areas, including upper floors, and rooftops.
• Inspect Equipment: Complete daily safety checks on tires, forks, hydraulics, fluid levels, and load charts before starting work.
• Support Site Logistics: Keep various work crews supplied with the tools and inventory they need throughout the day.
• Follow Safety Rules: Obey all OSHA guidelines, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and communicate clearly with ground spotters.

Lull Operator Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Active operator certification or a valid Lull/telehandler certificate.
• Experience: Typically 1 to 3+ years operating heavy technical machinery on active construction sites.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, stand for long shifts, and lift up to 50–70 lbs.
• Skills: Good hand-eye coordination, strong situational awareness, and the ability to read load capacity charts. Bilingual is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
