Hours of Operation

Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(Enjoy a three‑day weekend every week)

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Wood Manufacturer to join our production team. You will operate woodworking machinery, cut and shape wooden components, and assemble products while following quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking tools and machinery, including saws, nail guns, and power tools
• Cut, shape, and prepare wood materials based on measurements and specifications
• Assemble wooden components and finished products
• Inspect materials and completed items for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to follow measurements, instructions, and basic drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and willingness to be a team player
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks as needed

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $16–$18 per hour
• 30‑Day Evaluation: Potential pay increase
• 90‑Day Evaluation: Additional potential pay increase
• After 30 Days: Paid holidays
• After 90 Days: Sick leave eligibility and Bereavement
• After 1 Year: One (1) week paid vacation
