Overview

We are on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Lunch Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant during lunch hours, providing top-notch service to ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your main goal will be to deliver excellent guest relations while efficiently managing food and beverage orders.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly, including cocktail mixing and spirits knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills.
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
