What You'll Do as a Transportation Specialist

Passenger Transportation

• Safely transport passengers to their destinations while providing dependable and professional service.
• Ensure customers enjoy a comfortable, efficient, and positive transportation experience.
• Assist passengers with luggage, mobility devices, and personal belongings when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy throughout every passenger interaction.
• Help customers arrive safely, comfortably, and on schedule.

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for every passenger.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with riders.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide assistance when appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional service that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Represent the zTrip brand with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
• Build positive relationships with passengers through reliable and courteous service.

Vehicle Care & Safety

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and passenger-ready vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Navigate efficiently while adapting to changing traffic and road conditions.
• Report maintenance concerns, vehicle issues, or safety incidents promptly.
• Uphold high standards of vehicle appearance and cleanliness.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred

• Previous experience in transportation, driving, hospitality, customer service, tourism, or a related field.
• Experience working directly with customers in a service-focused environment.
• Knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and navigation systems.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer care and professionalism.
