Compensation: $19.00–$19.50/hr, with flexibility up to $21/hr for highly qualified candidates

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Client Advisors to join a luxury retail boutique on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. This opportunity is ideal for sales-driven professionals who are passionate about luxury fashion, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and create memorable client experiences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and brand history.
• Support visual merchandising, replenishment, and overall store presentation.
• Process transactions accurately and assist with daily store operations.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a polished and welcoming sales environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Passion for luxury fashion and delivering high-touch customer service.
• Flexible availability to support retail scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Commission

In addition to the hourly rate, this position offers commission based on individual and store performance.

• Base commission: 3% on all sales.
• Additional commission: An extra 1% if both individual and store sales targets are achieved.
• Alternate incentive: If the store misses its target, an additional 0.5% is earned when individual sales exceed 110% of the individual target.
