Through practical training and guidance from experienced real estate professionals, you will develop the confidence to conduct seller consultations, present pricing recommendations, explain marketing strategies, and position properties effectively in the market.

As your experience grows, you will gain exposure to luxury property marketing, listing preparation, professional photography, open houses, offer negotiations, and managing transactions from the initial seller meeting through closing. You will also learn how to communicate with homeowners throughout the selling process, address common objections, and create a professional client experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
