Luxury Residential Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee high-end residential construction projects, including custom luxury homes, renovations, and restorations across the Hamptons and Long Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily jobsite operations and lead carpentry teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and project execution.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, site safety, and compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Track project progress, maintain records, and communicate with project managers and clients.
• Train team members and resolve onsite construction issues.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in high-end residential construction.
• Experience leading carpentry teams and managing subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of luxury home construction, renovations, and restoration projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and construction documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to travel to project sites in the Hamptons/Long Island area.
