Luxury Retail Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and personalised service to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable preloved luxury products based on their needs and budget.
• Introduce and explain product details, condition, pricing and accessories.
• Handle customer enquiries through walk-in, WhatsApp, Instagram and other online channels.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store sales performance.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organised and premium-looking boutique.
• Assist with product display, stock receiving, inventory checking and stock organisation.
• Handle luxury items carefully and responsibly.
• Assist with product photography, videos and social media content.
• Support livestream selling and promotional activities when required.
• Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other retail and operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in luxury fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty or premium retail is an advantage.
• Passionate about luxury brands, fashion and lifestyle products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, friendly and professional.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Honest, responsible and trustworthy, especially when handling high-value products.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and social media platforms.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin ,English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn about luxury brands, product conditions and authentication.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
