What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience by understanding each customer's needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable luxury handbags, watches, and accessories with confidence and professionalism.
• Introduce our Buy, Sell, Trade-In, and Consignment services.
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Assist customers through walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online enquiries.
• Learn luxury brand knowledge, authentication basics, product valuation, and negotiation skills through structured training.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain a premium showroom presentation.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure stock accuracy.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, customer events, and promotional activities.
• Keep up to date with luxury fashion trends, new arrivals, and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No experience is required—full training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Passionate about luxury brands, fashion, or premium lifestyle products.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work at our KL City or Bukit Jalil showroom.
