Luxury Timepieces Client Advisor

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, a well-known brand name in the luxury timepiece industry as Client Advisor.

Location: Orchard / MBS

Working Hours: 5 days, Retail Hours

Salary: UP TO $2.8k/month + Comms

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable boutique experience
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including VIP clientele, to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and product recommendations
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of products, collections, and brand heritage to effectively advise clients
• Support clienteling activities such as follow-ups, appointment bookings, and outreach initiatives
• Maintain boutique presentation standards, including visual merchandising and housekeeping
• Handle transactions, stock replenishment, and inventory checks accurately
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new product launches

Requirements

• Prior experience in luxury retail, premium retail, or customer-facing sales roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset
• Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
