Analytical Approach: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions during service-impacting events.

Communication & Organisation: Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

Operational Flexibility: Ability to work a rotating 24x7 schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Desirable Familiarity with FMS, Viavi, Ciena, Infinera, NSU or similar monitoring technologies, knowledge of Dark Fiber IRU agreements and customer outage processes, experience coordinating vendors and field resources, supporting junior engineers, and contributing to RFOs, root cause analysis and operational documentation.
