LVN Nurse

Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to patients. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
• Assist with medical procedures and examinations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Provide patient education on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist in discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

• Experience working with children, seniors, and patients requiring home care
• Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards
• Familiarity with dermal fillers and sterile processing techniques
• Understanding of physiology and basic medical terminology

Requirements:

• Valid LVN license in the state of California
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
