LVN or Surgical Technologist – Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Surgical Technologist to join our plastic surgery practice in Los Angeles. This is a full-time position working closely with the surgeon and clinical team to support patient care and surgical procedures.

The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and committed to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the surgeon and clinical team with surgical procedures
• Prepare patients and procedure rooms for surgery
• Set up and maintain the sterile field
• Prepare, organize, and account for surgical instruments and supplies
• Assist the surgeon during procedures and anticipate surgical needs
• Maintain strict sterile technique and infection-control standards
• Clean, sterilize, and properly store surgical instruments and equipment
• Assist with patient positioning, room turnover, and preparation between procedures
• Monitor inventory and maintain adequate surgical and clinical supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient surgical environment
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients
• Coordinate closely with the surgeon and other members of the clinical team
• Assist with additional clinical responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and practices
• Experience with surgical instrumentation and operating room or procedure-room workflow preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and motivated
• Ability to work efficiently and anticipate the needs of the surgical team

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
