📍 Location: Solano, Sonoma & Napa Counties
EGN Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality in-home nursing care. Experience with G-tube medication administration and enteral feeding is required.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and enteral feedings via G-tube
- Monitor clients and assess G-tube sites
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Educate caregivers on proper G-tube care
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Active California LVN License
- G-tube experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Home care experience is a plus
Schedule: Flexible shifts (Day, Evening & Overnight)
