Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring the health and condition of adults with special needs residing in small 6-bed facilities. Easy job, low stress, flexible hours, typical 1pm – 9pm.

SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY LOCATIONS.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Complete head to toe checklist assessment daily.

· Carry out new physician orders in MAR, file lab results, telephone orders, etc. in medical chart.

· Meet with consultants when they are in the facility if medical issues are of concern.

· Attend meetings as requested by the Nursing Supervisor, RNC, and/or Administrator.

· In conjunction with the RNC and Nursing Supervisor instruct and supervise the staff in the administration of medication and the implementation of medical procedures.

· Give report to the Nursing Supervisor prior to leaving the facility.

· Identify and report changes of condition to the Nursing Supervisor.

· Participate daily in implementation of client’s daily routine and training objective activities.

Qualifications and Skills

· A current California LVN nursing license.

· Current CPR.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.07 - $31.40 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
