Job Summary

This is a client facing associate role to ensure payroll and overall service for allocated clients go smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Payroll specialist and answer emails and meeting invites to handle routine client requests/queries with utmost care.
• Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions
• Builds strong relationships with a portfolio of clients,
• Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP products in support of client needs
• Looks for solutions which will allow our customers to focus on their core business
• Drive positive defining moments with client

Qualifications

• Any graduates with very good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with different clients.
• Good problem solving skill and ability to think through in different situations.
• Experience within a global organization talking to clients is essential
• Experience working on deadline driven projects desirable
