M & E Engineer

Qualification & Requirement:

• Possess Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/related field or other relevant qualifications.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a Mechanical Engineering role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Familiar with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD or any electrical design software/tools.
• Familiar with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Keen intention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
• Good report preparation, communication, and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
• Committed, able to work independently, ethical, strong problems solving, results oriented and team player.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring all assigned mechanical project while ensuring works are done as per contract's specification.
• Project Planning: Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, estimating costs, and preparing project specifications.
• Construction Oversight: Monitoring the installation and construction progress of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and resolving technical issues.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting inspections, tests, and commissioning activities to ensure the quality and functionality of installed systems.
• Project Coordination: Collaborating with stakeholders to integrate mechanical and electrical systems with the overall building design and coordinating with different trades.
• Documentation and Client Management: Preparing technical reports, project documentation, maintaining records, and managing client relationships, addressing concerns, and providing updates.
• Any others task as assigned by company from time to time.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
