• 生產流程監控： -監督負責單位解決生產過程中的例行性問題，確保生產順利進行。
• 數據分析與報告： -收集和分析生產數據，隨時根據生產效率和產品特性調整生產安排。
• 跨部門協作： -與倉庫、物流、品質管理等部門合作，確保生產計劃的順利執行。 -參與生產會議，提供生產計劃和進度的最新資訊。
