Job Description

1. Facility Maintenance and Management:

• Regularly inspect and maintain the company’s electromechanical equipment, air conditioning systems, water supply systems, and other facilities to ensure their proper operation.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan.

2. Facility Optimization and Improvement:

• Analyze the operational status of existing facilities, propose improvement suggestions, and enhance the efficiency and stability of facility operations.
• Participate in the planning and construction of new facilities to ensure facility design meets company requirements and standards.

3. Safety and Environmental Management:

• Ensure all facilities comply with safety and environmental standards, and conduct regular safety inspections and environmental monitoring.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans to handle unexpected incidents and ensure the safety of personnel and facilities.

4. Resource Management and Coordination:

• Manage resources and materials required for facility maintenance to ensure adequate supply.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure maintenance and improvement tasks are completed on schedule.

5. Technical Support and Training:

• Provide technical support to other departments to resolve facility-related issues.
• Train new employees to enhance the technical capabilities and work efficiency of the team.
