Role & responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, MS Intune,
• Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Manage identities and access using Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and MFA.
• Implement and manage Intune for device compliance, configuration, and endpoint security.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender (Defender for Office 365, Endpoint, Identity).
• Perform security hardening, audit logging, and compliance configurations.
• Manage mail flow, transport rules, and troubleshooting in Exchange Online.
• Oversee SharePoint and Teams governance, lifecycle, and access control.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for M365.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues across M365 services.
• Work with PowerShell and Graph API for automation and advanced configurations.

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have Technical Skills

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra Admin Center.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams
• Strong expertise in identity & access management (IAM)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender Suite and Purview Compliance
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Understanding of Zero Trust framework and security best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in M365 Enterprise architecture, with at least 34 years in a senior architect or M365 Administrator within a GCC, MNC, or large-scale enterprise.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity.
