M365 Migration Engineer L2

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and support Microsoft 365 migration activities for users, mailboxes, and collaboration workloads.
• Work on Exchange Online migration from on-premises Exchange or other email platforms to Microsoft 365.
• Handle mailbox migration, migration batches, migration endpoints, and migration troubleshooting.
• Support migration of OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mail flow, Outlook, mailbox access, permissions, and authentication.
• Perform pre-migration assessment, user readiness checks, migration validation, and post-migration support.
• Monitor migration progress and resolve failed or stuck migration batches.
• Work with Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Handle user accounts, licenses, groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and permissions.
• Use PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration and migration-related activities.
• Troubleshoot DNS records, Autodiscover, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC issues related to email migration.
• Coordinate with L1, L3, network, security, and application teams for complex issues.
• Prepare migration documentation, status reports, and troubleshooting guides.
