M365 Power Platform Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior modern workplace consultant to shape solution architecture, lead delivery, and strengthen capability within an established consultancy.

You’ll bring deep, hands-on expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint integrations, alongside the confidence to guide experienced developers and advise clients. The focus is on building solutions that improve productivity, automate processes, and modernise how organisations work.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design and delivery of Power Platform solutions, from client discovery through to implementation and deployment.
• Shape architecture and governance across environment strategy, solutions, application lifecycle management (ALM), security, data loss prevention (DLP), and deployment practices.
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including integrations with SharePoint.
• Review designs and code, make technical decisions, and raise development standards.
• Mentor and uplift developers who already have three to four or more years of Microsoft platform experience.
• Run discovery sessions, constructively challenge requirements, and explain technical recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

• Deep Power Apps and Power Automate expertise, with a track record of delivering complex business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform architecture, governance, security, and deployment.
• Proven technical leadership, including mentoring experienced developers and guiding solution design.
• Strong consultative capability, ideally developed in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Confidence working directly with clients, identifying business needs, and translating them into practical solutions.
• Experience focused on business applications, automation, and modernisation, extending beyond SharePoint administration or migration.
