Primary Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain and enhance the CSP SharePoint repository, site and pages.
• Maintain logical document organization, metadata, access controls and auditability.
• Support CBM data collection and user access where SharePoint is used as the operational tool.
• Coordinate enhancements with OCIO and ensure the solution complies with applicable information-protection and records-management requirements.

Required Skills

• 4–7+ years supporting SharePoint/Microsoft 365 environments.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, information systems or related discipline required
• SharePoint site administration/configuration.
• SharePoint document repositories.
• Site/page design and maintenance.
• Metadata and document organization.
• Permissions/access management.
• Audit trails and records management.
• Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshooting and user support.
• SharePoint workflow/process improvement.
• Understanding of Government information-protection requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Power Automate.
• Power Apps.
• Power BI integration.
• NARA records-management requirements.
• Section 508.
• Federal PII/SPII/SBU information handling.
• Financial-management applications/processes.

Location & Work Requirements

• Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and prepared to work onsite as needed based on business requirements.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• This position is contingent upon contract award.

Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform or related Microsoft certification.

Salary Range $125,000-$135,000
