该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary（职位概述） To be a SME in therapeutic area as well as strategic partner with BU commercial team. Understand the overall business needs and BU business strategies, formulate medical strategies and activities plans to support business growth. To ensure the MA work quality in the meantime maintaining high compliance standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）

• Be a subject matter expertise in the therapeutic areas, able to provide valuable input to internal stakeholders as well as carry out peer-to-peer scientific discussions with external HCPs
• Maintain regular communication with BU commercial team to obtain an overall and updated understanding of business strategies, formulate medical strategies in line with business strategies
• Strategize the portfolio medical plan and related medical tactic activities, including engaging KOLs, and organizing the advisory board for better influence the appropriate clinical value delivery to the patients and HCPs, generating appropriate medical evidence to support market shaping and value creation, offering medical education to internal and external customers, and providing medical information support to marketing team and sales team
• Translate unmet clinical needs into innovative ideas, and provide support to product development
• Proactively participate in medical device vigilance
• Ensure medical compliance per company policies, include but not limited to promotional material MLR review, ISS governance etc.
• Lead scientific exchange activities, especially those unsolicited off-label discussions SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
• Education: clinical background must, master’s degree must, medical doctoral degree preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience in tier 3 hospital, vascular surgery or interventional radiology preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in MNC companies (Medical Device Company preferred) as Medical Affairs
• Clinical research experience, familiar with GCP
• Good business acumen
• Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit
• Fluent English DESIRABLE（优先条件）
• Familia with vascular interventional surgery/radiology is preferred
