Macaron Baker

We are Komma Tea! We are looking for a candidate who wants to be part of our Macaron team. We make the Kommacaron, which is comprised of our buttercream filling and our high quality shell.

We need hard workers who produce high quality goods at reasonable times. Schedules are pretty flexible but minimum 20 hours a week will be the standard in most cases.

In this position you will be required to:

• Sort shells
• Prepare and make fillings
• Pipe macarons
• Prepare trays, for more to be made
• Packing and labeling macarons
• Measure out ingredients
• Help out in the kitchen by assisting bakers
• Keep the bakery and prep stations clean and sanitized
• Other tasks as assigned

Job type: Part time/Full time

Pay: ranges from $12-$16

Quality/speed is our top priority, meaning if you are able to produce good products at a fast rate than our pay will increase accordingly

*Prior baking experience is ideal - We are willing to accept an eager first time baker though. Everything will be taught by our lead baker.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
