The Machine Adjuster Trainee role is a hands on developmental position that prepares mechanically skilled individuals to advance into a full Machine Adjuster role.
Pay & Schedule
- $23/hr or higher depending on experience + applicable shift premiums
- Training is on 1st shift: 6am - 2pm
- 2nd shift premium $0.70/hr / 2pm - 10-pm
- 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10pm - 6am
- Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed
What You'll Do
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
- Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Monitor quality and machine performance
- Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures
What You Need
- 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Basic math and computer skills
- Reliable and eager to learn
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs
- Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents
