Machine Adjuster Trainee -- Hiring Now

Train to become a full Machine Adjuster in a fast paced envelope manufacturing environment.

Great for mechanically skilled candidates ready to grow.

Pay & Schedule

• $21/hr + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)
• Training is on 1st shift: 6:30am -- 2:30pm
• 2nd shift premium $0.75/hr / 2:30pm -- 10:30pm
• 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10:30pm -- 6:30am
• Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed
• Shift availability is subject to change

What You'll Do

• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
• Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Monitor quality and machine performance
• Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures

What You Need

• 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Basic math and computer skills
• Reliable and eager to learn

Physical Requirements

• Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs
• Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents
