Machine and Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Design and optimize program PnP machine.
2. Responsibility in programming and Document control for production SMT.
3. To support SMT process for Prototype, NPI and mass production.
4. Create manufacturing documents and product qualification & validation documents.
5. To lead productivity improvement project.
6. Develop, improve and optimize process, or other statistical techniques.
7. To improve the machine status to achieve the higher productivity, efficiency and quality to meet the target.
8. Ability to evaluate machine, gather and analyze data determine root cause of problem.
9. Coordinate with other personnel' concerning process activities.

Qualifications.

1. Bachelor's degree of Electronics, Computer, Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in SMT process with hands on SMT machines.
3. Experienced with BOM reviews and component packaging.
4. Understanding of SMT component package types.
5. Strong mechanical aptitude including strong troubleshooting skills.
