In this energetic role, you will support the operation and maintenance of various industrial printing and manufacturing equipment, ensuring smooth workflow and top-quality output. Your technical proficiency and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional print advertising, packaging, and other printed materials. Duties

• Assist with setting up, operating, and troubleshooting large-format printers, flexo presses, and digital printing machines to meet production specifications.
• Support the calibration of color management systems to ensure accurate color reproduction across print jobs.
• Perform routine mechanical adjustments and maintenance on industrial equipment to optimize performance and prevent downtime.
• Interpret production documents, including layout designs and prepress files, to ensure precise execution of print projects.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process, identifying and resolving issues related to print quality, typography, or layout inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and prepress teams to prepare files using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software for seamless printing.
• Assist in cutting, paper binding, and finishing processes to produce finished products that meet high standards of craftsmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols during machine operation and material handling.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of color management principles and graphic design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prepress software for preparing print-ready files.
• Experience operating large-format printers, screen printing equipment, flexo presses, and digital printing machinery.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform adjustments on industrial equipment such as presses and machining tools.
• Understanding of print production workflows including layout design, typography, cutting, binding, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing documents accurately and follow detailed instructions for complex print projects.
• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting machine issues promptly to minimize production delays.

Pay: From $18.36 per hour
