Machine Attendant

Wedlock Paper Converters LTD. is a privately owned Canadian based company located at Queensway E and Cawthra. We manufacture flexible packaging for a variety of mainstay consumer packaged goods. Responsibilities:

* Inspect and pack product (paper bags) coming off the machine according to quality standards

* Use of visual inspection and other quality measures to identify and report all print variations and deviances

* Communicate all product quality and machine problems or irregularities to operators and supervisors immediately for corrective action.

* Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained, within the production and immediate area, in accordance with Health & Safety requirements.

* Date stamp boxes, bring to work area and pack with product

* Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

* Assembly and packing experience preferred

* Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

* Possess basic knowledge in health & safety regulations

* Read, write and understand English language

* Willing to work in shifts and overtime as required
