Job Description

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Machine Development Application Engineer – Software to develop, integrate, test, and commission software for automated machines and industrial manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PLC, HMI, SCADA, and motion control software.
• Program machine sequences, alarms, and control logic.
• Integrate PLCs with servo drives, VFDs, robots, and industrial devices.
• Develop HMI screens for machine operation and diagnostics.
• Perform machine simulation, debugging, testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot automation software and communication issues.
• Optimize machine performance and cycle time.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
• 8 - 12 years of experience in industrial automation or machine software development.

Required Skills

• PLC Programming: Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
• HMI development and SCADA.
• Motion control and servo systems.
• Industrial communication protocols.
• Machine sequencing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Rockwell Studio 5000, Mitsubishi, Omron, CODESYS, Python, C/C++, or robotics integration.
