Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with machine learning frameworks, data preprocessing, model optimization, and integrating ML solutions into production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models for business applications.
• Build predictive models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and recommendation systems.
• Collect, clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured data.
• Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Use machine learning libraries and frameworks to build scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.
• Integrate machine learning models into applications through APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and product teams.
• Optimize model accuracy, inference speed, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Monitor deployed models and identify data drift and performance issues.
• Maintain clean, reusable, tested, and well-documented code.
• Follow software development best practices, version control, and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and core ML concepts.
• Hands-on experience with scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and software testing.
• Understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
