📍 San Francisco, CA | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite

💰 $225,000–$275,000 Base + Equity

I'm working with a high-growth autonomous vehicles business looking for an experienced Auto-Labelling & Perception Engineer to join a small, high-impact team.

This is a genuine ownership role — you'll have significant influence over the modelling and perception roadmap and take solutions from development through to production.

What you'll work on:

• Build and ship production-grade auto-labelling models
• Mapping, lane and object auto-labelling
• LiDAR and LiDAR-free approaches
• Perception modelling, evaluation and optimisation
• Large-scale, multi-modal data and ML pipelines
• Full ML lifecycle: data → training → evaluation → deployment

We're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in ML/perception
• Strong experience within autonomous vehicles
• Proven hands-on experience with auto-labelling
• Strong Python and ML engineering skills
• Experience across mapping, lanes or object labelling
• Someone who thrives with high ownership and autonomy

Experience with LiDAR-free labelling/mapping, camera/LiDAR/radar, edge deployment or large-scale data flywheels is highly relevant.
