Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other AI tools to address real-world challenges.
• Conduct statistical analysis and research to inform model development, ensuring accuracy and robustness of predictions.
• Manage large-scale data pipelines utilizing ETL processes, Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and SQL databases to prepare data for analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments via cloud services like AWS and machine learning cloud platforms.
• Perform model training, evaluation, tuning, and deployment while ensuring scalability and efficiency across big data systems.
• Apply natural language processing techniques for language understanding tasks or generative AI applications.
• Utilize statistical modeling tools such as R or SAS for advanced analytics and research purposes.
• Develop data visualization dashboards with tools like Looker to communicate insights effectively.
• Optimize machine learning workflows through model evaluation metrics, statistical analysis tools, and continuous performance monitoring.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends including quantum engineering applications and innovative data mining techniques to enhance existing solutions.

Experience

• Proven experience in developing machine learning models with frameworks like TensorFlow or similar platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA or related languages for scripting and automation tasks.
• Hands-on experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark implementation, and SQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable data architectures and implement efficient ETL pipelines using Talend or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning services on AWS or comparable providers for model deployment and management.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), predictive modeling analysis, generative AI techniques, and statistical analysis tools for research purposes.
• Experience working with AI models in a production environment with a focus on model evaluation, tuning, deployment, and scalability.
• Background in statistical analysis for research combined with expertise in data analytics for actionable insights.
