Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced ML Engineer to design, develop and deliver AI-enabled solutions that address real business challenges. This role combines solution architecture, machine learning engineering and stakeholder engagement, requiring hands-on technical expertise alongside the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, define requirements and establish success criteria for AI initiatives.
• Design and implement AI, machine learning and automation solutions, including LLM, RAG and agent-based architectures.
• Develop, integrate, test and deploy solutions from prototype stage through production handover and support.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation within system, security and operational constraints.
• Document solution designs, reusable frameworks, lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution delivery, software engineering or AI engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on programming experience, particularly in Python, with knowledge of TypeScript or similar languages being advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, MCP, A2A, LLMs, RAG and agentic workflows.
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms and modern software development practices, including AI-assisted development tools.
