Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to meet diverse business needs using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other AI/machine learning libraries.

Leverage ETL processes, Hadoop, Talend, and SQL databases to create scalable data pipelines for preparing large datasets for analytics.

Apply unsupervised learning techniques and statistical modeling for research and data mining.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI models to production environments using machine learning cloud services and best practices for model deployment. Perform statistical analysis to support research, evaluate model performance through rigorous testing, and optimize models based on evaluation metrics. Develop predictive analytics solutions leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), and correlated data to enhance user engagement and decision-making processes.

Maintain complete documentation of model development workflows, data analysis procedures, and system architecture to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Qualifications

**Extensive experience in machine learning engineering; proficient in Python, R, Java, C, or Bash (Unix shell).

Deep understanding of big data systems, such as Hadoop, Spark implementations, and SQL-based databases.

Practical experience with machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, SAS, and other AI/ML tools.

Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployment services, such as AWS Machine Learning or similar platforms.

Proficient in statistical analysis tools and statistical modeling techniques used in research.

Experience in designing database schemas and implementing scalable data architectures for large datasets.

Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), generative AI models, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling analytics is preferred.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
