Machine Learning Engineer

We're partnering with an early-stage AI infrastructure company building intelligent agents that go beyond generating code to solve complex engineering problems, implement solutions, and validate what actually works.

You'll help build AI systems that reason, experiment, and measure results, working across agentic AI, machine learning, and GPU performance optimization.

• Build from the ground up: Help shape an emerging area of AI engineering.

What You'll Do

• Build AI agents that investigate problems, implement solutions, and evaluate results.
• Develop LLM workflows involving reasoning, tool use, code generation, and iterative testing.
• Use benchmarking and performance profiling to validate improvements.
• Tackle challenging problems across ML frameworks, GPU computing, and systems engineering.

What We're Looking For

• Strong software engineering skills in Python, C++, or Rust.
• Experience building AI agents, LLM-powered tools, or automated engineering systems.
• Knowledge of machine learning workloads, GPU computing, or performance optimization.
• A focus on testing, correctness, and measurable results.
