Machine Learning Engineer (Python) at BairesDev

As a Machine Learning Engineer (Python), you will design, train, and deploy machine learning models into production environments. You will ensure the transition from research to execution by building scalable and high-performance systems that deliver real-world business value.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement production-ready machine learning models and algorithms using Python.
• Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, covering data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Deploy models at scale using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow within production environments.
• Manage and transform large datasets on platforms like Databricks to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Monitor model performance and accuracy in production, implementing retraining strategies to handle data drift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align model architectures with business goals and infrastructure requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for managing and scaling machine learning workloads.
• Strong background in optimizing model performance and ensuring production system scalability.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
