Machine Learning Expert

Tensium builds expert reasoning datasets and long-horizon coding tasks to train frontier AI models. We are looking for experienced machine learning engineers to contribute to Project Neo.

What you’ll do

• Design long-horizon coding tasks based on real machine learning engineering work.

• Create CPU ML tasks that challenge AI agents to complete an engineer’s end-to-end work in a real repository.

What we’re looking for

• Practical experience building, training and deploying machine learning models.

• Experience with large-scale data processing, model evaluation and optimisation in real-world environments.

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Clear technical communication and availability to contribute consistently.

Working arrangements and payment

• Remote contract work.

• Preferred availability of 20–40 hours per week.

• Payment is per task. Task pricing is proposed before the project starts, taking your hourly rate and the group’s general performance into account.
