Machine Maintenance

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on die casting, process, and secondary machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with Production during machine repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company standards.
• Support machine improvements and equipment modifications.

Qualifications

• At least a Vocational Graduate in a related technical field.
• At least 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a die casting or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Experience with hot chamber/cold chamber die casting machines is an advantage.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Skilled in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and machine alignment.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled machines; basic PLC troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Welding/fabrication and CMMS knowledge are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
