Machine Maintenance Engineer (Bangpoo)

Working Hours: 07.40AM - 16.40PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description

We are looking for the Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer who will be a part of our team. For additional detail please see as following detail

Your main role is to

• Maintain and troubleshoot SMT machines (printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens, AOI/SPI, etc.)

  and main assembly line machines (conveyors, auto screwdriving, dispensing, ICT/FCT testers,

  burn-in, packing, etc.)

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and keep machine history records

• Analyze root causes of recurring failures and drive improvements to raise machine uptime

• Manage spare parts and control maintenance costs

• Support new machine installation, commissioning, and new line setup

• Write machine SOPs and maintenance documents; serve as contact for machine vendors

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or related fields
• 3+ years of maintenance experience with SMT or electronics assembly line machines
• Able to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams; basic PLC knowledge
• OEM training certificates or new line setup experience is a plus
• Communication skill in English and Chinese will be a plus.
