Machine Maintenance Manager

· Manage and supervise all maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and systems within the factory.

· Ensure regular preventive maintenance of all machines to reduce breakdowns, downtime, and production interruptions.

· Handle and coordinate emergency breakdowns, ensuring quick troubleshooting and repair to restore machine operations.

· Oversee mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance of factory machinery and equipment.

· Supervise and manage the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians, mechanics, and helpers, and assign daily work accordingly.

· Identify recurring machine problems and their root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent repeated breakdowns.

· Maintain proper records of machine breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, servicing, and equipment history.

· Monitor and manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials, coordinating with Purchase and Stores to ensure availability when required.

· Carry out in-house troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and maintenance of machines to minimize dependency on external technicians or suppliers and ensure machines are restored to working condition as quickly as possible.

· Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and that the maintenance team follows company safety procedures and required PPE.

· Coordinate with Production and Factory Management to plan maintenance activities and minimize the impact on production operations.

· Provide regular reports and recommendations to management regarding machine condition, maintenance requirements, replacement of equipment, maintenance costs, and improvements in machine efficiency.

· Conduct regular inspections of all machinery and equipment to identify potential faults, wear and tear, and maintenance requirements before they lead to breakdowns.

· Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, alignment, calibration, and adjustment of machinery as per maintenance requirements and manufacturer recommendations.

· Maintain sufficient stock of critical spare parts, consumables, tools, and maintenance equipment and inform management in advance of any requirements.

· Monitor machine performance and efficiency and recommend necessary modifications, repairs, or improvements to increase productivity and reduce maintenance costs.

· Train and guide maintenance staff on proper machine handling, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, safety practices, and preventive maintenance activities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
