Machine Operator - 12hr shift (7pm to 7:30am)

                      Machine Operator/Technician – Night Shift**

Summary/Objective

Seeking an experienced Machine Operator/Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role requires you to safely operate multiple pieces of equipment, balance priorities, and respond quickly to production needs without compromising quality or accuracy. Must be dependable, technically skilled, and comfortable multitasking during a 12-hour overnight shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Essential Functions

The essential functions of this position include but may not be limited to those listed below.  Sunny Delight Beverage retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time.

• Operate multiple pieces of production equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining attention to safety, quality, and production goals.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all company policies and procedures.

• Keep production lines running smoothly and support established performance goals with minimal supervision.

• Monitor product quality through routine visual checks and promptly report or address concerns.

• Use basic hand and power tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, and grinders.

• Perform preventive maintenance, basic equipment adjustments, changeovers, and setups.

• Demonstrate ownership by identifying issues, taking appropriate action, and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of assigned equipment.

• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS :

REQUIRED

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least three years of machine operating experience required.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong technical, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work the 12-hour overnight shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., including weekends as required.

• Forklift experience preferred.
